1. Schedule a tour (optional). Seeing the property in-person will help you decide that Mill Creek is the right place for you.

2. Complete an application. The application is due 10 months before the semester you are living in Mill Creek (ex: the application for August 2020 is due November 2019), or until all vacancies are filled. 

3. You will find out if you were selected by the end of the month you apply! 

4. Rent is due on the first day of every month.
