Sure, it's not super luxurious and your unit might not have the granite countertops that Lux or Shortbread has, but the rent is so reasonable and the community is so quiet and the apartments are well-built and roomy. I live in a 2 bedroom townhouse style unit and it is just perfect. Plenty of space, beautiful landscaping, extremely quiet."

“Mill Creek is a great apartment option for those who want to be close enough to campus to walk, but far enough to get some peace and quiet.
Having had numerous friends who've lived at Mill Creek, I've spent a fair bit of time there. In a college town where frat houses abound, and most options close to campus are old and worn out, Mill Creek is refreshingly well kept.
Most renters are UNC students and the location is very accessable to campus and Franklin Street."
